Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges are non refundable. For items returned that have free shipping, customer is responsible for the estimated shipping charges to the customer as well as the shipping charges back to our warehouse. No refunds are allowed on merchandise that has been laundered, used, worn, or decorated.
